OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated May 31, 2005, and pursuant to Sections 7B and 7H of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve the amendment to the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-law #4, by striking out the Appendix "A" contained in the

Schedule "A" attached to the report and recommendation for Order in Council 2003-36, dated January 31, 2003, and substituting the Appendix "A" contained in the

Schedule "A" attached to the report and recommendation dated May 31, 2005 to be effective on, from and after June 9, 2005.
