OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated December 9, 2022, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 308 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Natural Products Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Angela Kickham of Lakeville, Kings County, as a member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of five (5) years commencing December 19, 2022; (

b) appoint Mark Fraser of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford) as a member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for a term of four (4) years commencing December 19, 2022; (

c) determine that Angela Kickham be remunerated for her service in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling her duties as a member provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service; and (

d) determine that Mark Fraser be remunerated for his service in the amount of $100.00 per day and be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred in fulfilling his duties as a member provided such reimbursements do not exceed those normally payable to members of the civil service.
