Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated April 3, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 4 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 2001, the Scalers Act , and

Section 18 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby: (

a) revokes the appointment of Gerald Post of Truro, Colchester County, as the member from the Department and Chair of the Board of Examiners under the Scalers Act , made by Order in Council 2018-233, dated August 28, 2018, effective April 18, 2023; and (

b) appoints Chris Bailey of Truro, Colchester County, as the member from the Department and Chair of the Board of Examiners under the Scalers Act , commencing April 18, 2023 .
