OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated May 17, 2018, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective June 19, 2018, approve the Attorney General and Minister of Justice entering into a Funding Agreement with Canada from 2018 to 2023 to continue the Nova Scotia Court Monitored Drug Treatment Program, substantially in the form or to like effect as set out in
Schedule “A”, attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
