CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Dental Disciplines Act (Assented to May 18, 2022) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Dental Disciplines Amendment Act, 2022. SS 1997, c D-4.1 amended The Dental Disciplines Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended 3(1) Clause 23(4)(

c) is amended by striking out “The Radiation Health and Safety Act, 1985 ” and substituting “Part V of The Saskatchewan Employment Act ”. (2) Clause 23(5)(

e) is amended by striking out “The Radiation Health and Safety Act, 1985 ” and substituting “Part V of The Saskatchewan Employment Act ”. (3) Clause 23(6)(

d) is amended by striking out “The Radiation Health and Safety Act, 1985 ” and substituting “Part V of The Saskatchewan Employment Act ”.

Section repealed
