OIC Text: \x09The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Securities Act dated August 9, 2007, and pursuant to subsections 4(1) and 7(3) of
Chapter 418 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Securities Act, is pleased to: \x09(a)\x09appoint David A. Thompson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Securities Commission for a four year term commencing on September 1, 2007; and \x09(b)\x09determine remuneration as member at $200 per one-half day, plus expenses commencing on September 1, 2007.
