OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 11, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, and

Chapter 34 of the Acts of 2002, the House of Assembly Act (amended) and the Elections Act (amended), is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Alan MacDonald as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Clayton Park made by Order in Council 2003-160 dated April 10, 2003; and (

b) appoint Brian Wood of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Clayton Park, effective on and after June 20, 2003.
