Under the authority of

section 39 of the Water Resources Act,

I designate the area generally known as the Unnamed Spring and Pond Water Supply Area, WS-S-0208

, for the Town of Daniel

s Harbour as a protected water supply area.

NOTICE

This area includes all lands in the Provincial Electoral District of St. Barbe abutted and bounded as follows:

Beginning at a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 459 655 metres and northing 5 563 760 metres;

Then running in a westerly direction for a distance of 682 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 458 987 metres and northing 5 563 896 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 777 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 458 676 metres and northing 5 564 609 metres;

Then running in a northwesterly direction for a distance of 279 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 458 506 metres and northing 5 564 830 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 131 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 458 475 metres and northing 5 564 957 metres;

Then running in a northerly direction for a distance of 170 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 458 523 metres and northing 5 565 121 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 621 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 459 096 metres and northing 5 565 361 metres;

Then running in a northeasterly direction for a distance of 327 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 459 326 metres and northing 5 565 593 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 353 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 459 678 metres and northing 5 565 581 metres;

Then running in an easterly direction for a distance of 1017 metres, more or less, to a point having scaled UTM coordinates of easting 460 637 metres and northing 5 565 243 metres;

Then running in a southwesterly direction for a distance of 1779 metres, more or less, to the point of commencement.

All coordinates refer Zone 21 of the NAD 83 Universal Transverse Mercator Projection.

The Notice of Protected Water Supply Area of Daniels Harbour

, Consolidated Newfoundland

Regulation 561/96, is repealed.
