Order in Council 1023/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 110 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 Order in Council O.C. 236/2023 dated February 23, 2023, reappointing Maureen Doyle of Toronto as full-time vice-chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board be revoked, effective June 30, 2024.
