Order in Council 1399/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 672.38(1) of the Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-46,

Philip Firestone of Ottawa

be reappointed as a part-time Psychologist member of the Ontario Review Board for a period of five years, effective October 18, 2016 to and including October 17, 2021.
