B.C. Reg. 152/2013 , deposited March 28, 2013, pursuant to the MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES AMENDMENT ACT, 2013 [section 50] and the PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYERS ACT [section 15]. Order in Council 198/2013, approved and ordered March 27, 2013.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective June 1, 2013,

(

a) section 33 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act, 2013, S.B.C. 2013, c. 12, is brought into force, and

(

b) the list in

section 2 of the Health Care Employers Regulation, B.C. Reg. 427/94, is amended by adding “ Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission ”.
