Statute: Pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 Pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 Articles of Association of Trade Centre Limited

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated March 1, 2011, and pursuant to Order in Council 81-1422 dated November 17, 1981, which Order approved the establishment of Trade Centre Limited, and pursuant to Order in Council 85-342 dated April 2, 1985, and pursuant to the Articles of Association of the Corporation, and pursuant to all other authority in her vested is pleased to: (

a) designate Justin McDonough, as Chair of the Board of Directors of Trade Centre Limited commencing April 19, 2011 and ending November 30, 2013; and (

b) authorize the payment of $200.00 per day, plus reasonable expenses to the Chair of the Board for work involving the Corporation.
