Order in Council 212/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 28(1) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Leo Grellette of the Township of Severn

is hereby reappointed as a part-time member of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later of April 1, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.

And pursuant to

section 28(2) of the Building Code Act, 1992,

Leo Grellette of the Township of Severn

is hereby designated as the part-time Chair of the Building Materials Evaluation Commission for a fixed term of three years, effective on the later of April 1, 2021 and the date this Order in Council is made.
