Order in Council 1426/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5.1(2) and 5.1(3) of the Victims’ Bill of Rights, 1995 , Sonya Jodoin of Lyn be reappointed as part-time member and re-designated as Chair of the Office for Victims of Crime, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective December 16, 2024.
