a) the number of deaths that occurred in the province during the month for which an overdose of a drug is a primary or contributing cause of death; and (

b) the type of drug, either alone or in combination with another drug, that is suspected of causing or contributing to each death reported under clause (a). Rapport sur les décès par surdose 43.2(1) Le médecin légiste en chef prépare un rapport statistique mensuel faisant état :
