OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated August 27, 2002, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Mary C. Griffin of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, which appointment was made by Order in Council 91-796, dated July 2, 1991, while employed with Nova Scotia Legal Aid; and (
b) appoint Mary C. Griffin of Annapolis Royal, Annapolis County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term to expire September 30, 2007.
