CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Housing and Special-care Homes Act (Assented to May 19, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Housing and Special-care Homes Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.H-13,

section amended

Section of The Housing and Special-care Homes Act is amended by renumbering it as subsection (1) and by adding the following subsection: “

(2) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may, in the regulations, delegate any of the powers set out in clauses (1)(

a) to (
