Order in Council 206/2026

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas under O.C. 43/2024 dated January 11, 2024, Graham Coveney was appointed as member and designated vice-chair of the Niagara Parks Commission;

Now therefore , O.C. 43/2024 is amended to revoke the designation of Graham Coveney as vice-chair and , pursuant to

section 3 of the Niagara Parks Act ,

Graham Coveney of St. Catharines

Is designated as chair of the Niagara Parks Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding January 10, 2027, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
