OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Boxing Authority Act dated November 26, 2003, and pursuant to
Section 3 and subsection 4(1) of
Chapter 43 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Boxing Authority Act, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Boxing Authority commencing November 1, 2003, and ending October 31, 2005: Glen Edwards of Truro, Colchester County; and Francis "Rocky" MacDougall of Antigonish, Antigonish County; (
b) reappoint Hubert Earle of Upper Sackville, Halifax Regional Municipality, as the Referee-in-Chief for the Authority and Advisor to the Board commencing November 1, 2003, and ending October 31, 2005.
