OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 10, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 2(a)(b)(e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (g), and 34(1)(

f) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2(1)(o), 9(3) and 9(4), and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) and 1(

A) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 2007-403, which approved financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to I.M.P. Group International Inc. carrying on business as I.M.P. Aerospace Components in an amount not to exceed $3,082,380.00, as authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on June 25, 2008, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated July 10, 2008; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
