For the purposes of the Forest and Prairie Protection Act and its regulations,

a) the Council of the Municipality of Crowsnest Pass may, by bylaw, with the

prior written consent of the Minister responsible for that Act, establish the

boundaries of the area of land within the specialized municipality that

constitutes the urban service area, and
