OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated November 19, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration entering in to the Agreement to Amend the Canada-Nova Scotia Labour Market Development Agreement, substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
