Order in Council 1150/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mario Russo was appointed as full-time member of the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective September 17, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1288/2020;

And

whereas the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal was continued as the Ontario Land Tribunal on June 1, 2021;

And

whereas Mario Russo tendered his resignation effective June 25, 2022;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 3(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 1288/2020 be revoked effective June 25, 2022.
