OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and Renewables dated January 19, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 97 of the Acts of 1986,
An Act to Establish the Shubenacadie Canal Commission , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Katherine MacLellan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Shubenacadie Canal Commission, made by Order in Council 2022-147 dated June 3, 2022, effective February 13, 2024.
