OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated December 3, 2003, and pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Deborah Vandendorpel, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2002-503 dated November 7, 2002; and (
b) appoint Deborah Ashley of Lantz, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire November 30, 2007.
