to the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY ACT [Section 12 (5)].

Order in Council 272/2004, approved and ordered March 22, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with

the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, it being considered

that the requirements set out in

section 12 (6) of the Freedom

of Information and Protection of Privacy Act are met in respect of the committees

being added to B.C. Reg. 290/2002, the Committees of the Executive

Council Regulation, that regulation is amended as follows:

(

a) by repealing

section 1 (

c) and substituting the following:

(

c) Cabinet Committee on Environment and Resource Development; , and

(

b) by repealing

section 1 (f) (iv) and substituting

the following:

(iv) Cross-Government Initiatives; .
