Order in Council 1155/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Brett Todd was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 17, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 130/2024;

And

whereas Brett Todd was reappointed as part-time member of the Ontario Parole Board for a fixed term of three years, effective November 10, 2023, by Order in Council O.C. 1424/2023;

And

whereas Brett Todd tendered his resignation effective May 14, 2025;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 and subsection 32(2) of the Ministry of Correctional Services Act , Orders in Council O.C. 130/2024 and O.C. 1424/2023 be revoked effective May 14, 2025.
