OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated June 18, 2003, pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of

Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act, and Sections 10 and 13 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 92-1162 dated December 1, 1992, is pleased, under the terms and conditions described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to: (

a) approve the granting of an additional loan to Ueffing Farms Limited in the amount of $941,200 plus accruals to assist in the construction of a 4,000 head hog finishing unit; and (

b) determine the rate of interest to be charged on this loan to be 6.85%.
