Section 14 of
Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint John Hart of Halifax, Nova Scotia, as returning officer for the electoral district of Halifax Fairview, effective on and after November 12, 2008.
