Section 1 is amended by striking out " of

Chapter 7 (Labour Mobility) of the Agreement on Internal Trade " and substituting " found in domestic trade agreements ". 1(3)

Section 2 is amended (

a) by repealing the definition "Agreement on Internal Trade"; and (

b) by adding the following definition: "domestic trade agreement" means a domestic trade agreement within the meaning of subsection 16.1(1) of The Proceedings Against the Crown Act . (« accord sur le commerce canadien ») 1(4)

a) in the

section heading, by striking out " the Agreement " and substituting " domestic trade agreements "; and (

b) by striking out "

Chapter 7 (Labour Mobility) of the Agreement on Internal Trade " and substituting "a domestic trade agreement ". 1(5) Le paragraphe 3(1) est modifié :
