OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated January 17, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2019, the Nursing Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Eric Poon, formerly of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a public representative of the Board of the Nova Scotia College of Nursing, made by Order in Council 2022-169 dated June 30, 2022, effective February 13, 2024.
