Order in Council 657/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Townships of Tait and Mather, in the Municipal Township of Chapple, in the District of Rainy River, under the jurisdiction and control of the Ministry of Transportation, shown as

Part 1 on Ministry Plan P-2129-15, filed with the Record Services Unit, Northwestern Region, of the Ministry of Transportation at Thunder Bay on the 21 st day of March, 2016, be:

designated as secondary highway pursuant to

section 40 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P.50, as amended; and

transferred to The Corporation of the Township of Chapple, and be vested in and under the jurisdiction and control of The Corporation of the Township of Chapple, on and after the day on which this Order is approved pursuant to subsection 29(4) of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

chapter P. 50, as amended.
