Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999 , Bernard Trottier of Toronto be appointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending September 28, 2023.
