Lieutenant Governor Executive Council Chambers, Victoria On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that (

a) Linda Ekeberg is appointed a Ministerial Assistant in the Ministry of Health Services to serve in the Office of the Minister of State for Intermediate, Long Term and Home Care, a position that will require her to act in a confidential capacity to a member of the Executive Council, and (

b) Linda Ekeberg will begin at step of the Compensation Guidelines for Ministerial Assistants attached to order in council 1230/93 with terms and conditions of employment equivalent to those established for category C appointments in order in council 806/89.
