OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Effectiveness and Regulatory Affairs dated October 27, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to, effective November 6, 2015, confirm approval for the Premier and Minister of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness entering into the Memorandum of Understanding respecting the joint Regulatory and Service Effectiveness Office dated March 24, 2015, (the MOU) and approve the Premier and Minister of Regulatory Affairs and Service Effectiveness entering into an Amending Memorandum of Understanding respecting the joint Regulatory and Service Effectiveness Office to enable Prince Edward Island to join Nova Scotia and New Brunswick as a party to the MOU, in the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, with such necessary modifications as the Minister may determine.
