Under the authority of

section 3 of the Municipalities Act

and the Subordinate Legislation Revision and Consolidation Act

, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Order.

The boundaries of the Town of

are as set out in the Schedule.

Regulation 684/78 is repealed.

Beginning at a point on the highwater mark due north of the lighthouse at Beach Point on the eastern shoreline of

Belleoram

Harbour

Then in a southerly direction along the sinuosities of the western shoreline of Fortune Bay to the southern extremity of Black Cove at grid reference 199631, NTS sheet No. 1M/11 edition 2;

Then north 48 00' west 950 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Belleoram Hill;

Then north 41 30' west 1,700 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Big Hill;

Then north 17 30' east 950 metres, more or less, to a high point, locally known as Beaver Barren Hill;

Then south 65 30' east 550 metres, more or less, crossing Belleoram -

Corbin Road

and to a point on the shoreline of

Fortune

Bay

, grid reference 188656;

Then in a southerly direction passing Gull Point,

Belleoram

Harbour

to the point of beginning.

All bearings refer to grid north and as with distances given are subject to approximation as delineated on the 1:50,000 National Topographic Mapping.
