EXPLANATORY NOTES

This Bill would amend the Judicature Act to remove the judicial areas that

are prescribed in the Act and allow all judicial areas to be prescribed in the

regulations.

House of Assembly in Legislative Session convened, as follows:

1. Subsections 43.5(4) to (7) of the Judicature

Act are repealed.

2. This Act comes into force on April 1, 2027.
