OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 4, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Robert A. Barss of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Province of Nova Scotia, which appointment was made by Order in Council 97-118 dated February 18, 1997; and (

b) appoint Robert A. Barss of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits while employed with the Halifax Regional Police.
