Section 38 of

Chapter 25 of the Acts of 1996, the Fisheries and Coastal Resources Act, and Sections 2 and 15 of the Fisheries and Aquaculture Loan Regulations, NS Reg 191/80, is pleased to approve the amendment of

Schedule "A" to Order in Council 2010-126 dated March 23, 2010, by replacing it with the new

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after June 22, 2010.
