OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated February 26, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 379 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Trustee Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 92-52 dated January 21, 1992, by striking out "at a rate of pay to be established by the Civil Service Commission, in accordance with the Management Compensation Pay Plan, level 29(2)" and substituting "at a rate of pay to be established by the Public Service Commission equivalent to the rate, including any economic salary adjustments and pay for performance, paid to Directors in the Legal Services Division of the Department of Justice, effective as of April 1, 2001".
