OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated April 29 , 2013, upon notice of a fee increase having been given in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act, and pursuant to

Section 12 of

Chapter 315 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Nova Scotia Museum Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting fees to be charged at Nova Scotia Museum sites, in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 2, 2013.
