a) the heading for

Part is replaced wit h " THE ADULTS LIVING WITH AN INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY ACT"; (

b) section is replaced with the following: C.C.S.M. c. A6.1 amended The Adults Living with an Intellectual Disability Act is amended by this Part. (

c) section is amended insofar as it enacts subsection 25.4(1), by striking out " a vulnerable person" and substituting "an adult living with an intellectual disability". THAT Clause of the Bill be replaced with the following: Coming into force This Act comes into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation.
