OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated November 7, 2007, and pursuant to Sections 17 and 18 of
Chapter 246 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Labour Standards Code, is pleased to: (
a) reappoint Tony W. Mozvik of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an alternate member and Vice-chair of the Labour Standards Tribunal for a term of office of three years commencing December 18, 2007; and (
b) fix the remuneration for Tony Mozvik at $2,500 per annum, plus $300 for each day he necessarily attends as a member of the Labour Standards Tribunal to the business of the Tribunal, in addition to actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
