OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing and the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit dated July 2, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to: (

a) authorize the Minister of Infrastructure and Housing or the Minister of Transportation and Active Transit entering into the net debt obligation for the capital costs associated with the Community Wellness Centre as part of the New Waterford Hub project; and (

b) authorize the Department of Infrastructure and Housing or the Department of Transportation and Active Transit to apply for federal funding under the Rural and North Stream of the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program for the project as outlined in the Report and Recommendation.
