Order in Council 387/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint persons to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Nancy Naylor

be appointed Deputy Minister of Education, effective April 1, 2021, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years;

And further , that Order in Council O.C. 1016/2018, dated August 9, 2018, be revoked on the effective date of this appointment.
