Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to authorize Waterfront Development Corporation Limited entering into agreements with Armour Group Limited and Halifax Regional Municipality related to the Queen’s Marque project, substantially in the forms as agreed by the Executive Council on December 21, 2016.
