MUNICIPAL FINANCING CORPORATION 1 c. 23

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Municipal Financing Corporation Act (Assented to May 20, 2010) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Municipal Financing Corporation Amendment Act, 2010. R.S.S. 1978, c.M-28 amended 2(1)

Section of The Municipal Financing Corporation Act is amended in the manner set forth in this section. (2) Subsection (1) is amended by striking out “ $250,000,000 ” and substituting “$350,000,000”. (3) Subsection (3) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(3) For the purpose of calculating the borrowing limitation imposed pursuant to subsection (1), one dollar of the United States of America is deemed to be the equivalent of one Canadian dollar”.
