Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act entering into the Service Agreement in the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or a form of agreement to like form and effect.
