B.C. Reg. 80/2007, deposited March 30, 2007, pursuant to the PARK ACT [Section 29 (3) (g)]. Order in Council 172/2007, approved and ordered March 29, 2007.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective April 5, 2007, B.C. Reg. 180/90, the Park, Conservancy and Recreation Area Regulation, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule

Section 2 of

Schedule C of B.C. Reg. 180/90 is repealed and the following substituted:

(1) In this section:

"Bus Annual Pass" means a ticket showing that a person has paid the fee under subsection (2) (a) (ii);

"Recreation Stewardship Annual Pass" means a ticket showing that a person has paid the fee under subsection (2) (a) (i).

(2) For the purposes of

section 23 (1) (b) (iv),

(

a) if paid on an annual basis,

(

i) the fee for parking a vehicle, other than a bus, is $25 for the year, and

(ii) the fee for parking a bus, other than a school bus, is $250 for the year,

(

b) if a bus is not a school bus and does not display a Bus Annual Pass, the fee for parking the bus at Mount Robson Park or in the frontcountry of a park referred to in the Table of Parks is $25 a day, and

(

c) the fee for parking a vehicle, other than a bus, in the frontcountry of a park set out in the Table of Parks is

(i) $1 for the first hour or part of that hour and $1 for the second hour or part of that hour, or

(ii) $3 for a day

unless the vehicle displays a Recreation Stewardship Annual Pass or a valid receipt for overnight camping in that park.
