Order in Council 1173/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 17(3) of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Rose DiMarco

be reappointed as a Deputy Commissioner of the Ontario Provincial Police, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed three years effective September 16, 2022.
